The Wellness Office has launched an Instagram account to create an online community that supports student mental health and wellness. Its content will highlight coping strategies, practical skills for well-being, stigma reduction, resource awareness, and skills for supporting each other.
The office posted a series on how to handle exam stress, which started April 18 and will conclude at the end of the month. Going hand-in-hand with this social media campaign, the Wellness Office created an online coping toolkit, a free resource for everyone to use. Access the toolkit here.
