A cricket friendly match Friday in the St. Denis Centre will raise funds for men’s health awareness.
The Mo’Leddy team: Chris Knack, Franco Magliaro, Brian Owens and Badaruddin Khuhro, has raised over $200 so far this Movember.
A bowl-a-thon Friday is intended to support Movember fundraising efforts.
Organizers are holding open tryouts for a cricket team to represent the University of Windsor at the Canadian University and College National Championship tournament.
The team is open to students—full-time or part-time, as well as alumni, faculty and staff, says captain Badaruddin Khuhro. The tryouts begin at 5 p.m. Monday, August 27, on the pitch in Jackson Park. Players should wear tracksuits.
