Community Partners should ensure that they are equipped to provide valuable learning experiences for UWindsor students. Here are few items you can review to be prepared:
- You follow the eight best practices for experiential learning placements as described by the NSEE
- A safe working environmetn including health and safety training, and insurance coverage (either through UWindsor or within your workplace).
- A student hiring practice which is inclusive and fair.
