Materials Chemistry and Engineering

MMCE

The Master of Materials Chemistry and Engineering program brings together students with undergraduate degrees in either Chemistry or Engineering and provides interdisciplinary education and experiences.

Designed to provide students with a solid theoretical foundation in both Materials Chemistry and Materials Engineering by including required introductory courses in both fields.

The interdisciplinary nature of the MMCE program will produce graduates with expertise ranging across Science and Engineering, enabling them to develop successful careers in materials science and engineering and giving them a distinct edge in the job market.

Along with the interdisciplinary technical expertise, students will learn and gain experience in business plan development and implementation related to Materials Science and Engineering industries, preparing them for a wide range of career opportunities worldwide, from sales and marketing to research and development, to manufacturing and quality control.

Program Specific Admission Requirements

Deadline for Summer: The application portal for Summer 2023 will close on January 1, 2023. The Summer 2024 application portal will open in early May 2023. 


Minimum TOEFL: IBT-83


Minimum IELTS: 6.5
