Meditation is a practice that involves relaxation, focus and awareness. It can improve mental, emotional and physical health. Join us for a live virtual guided meditation to help you start the day off well! This week will feature a 20-minute Loving Kindness meditation with a Q & A period to follow.
COVID-19 has brought a major shift in our personal and work lives. Whether working from home or on campus, workplace fatigue and burnout can affect us all. Some of us may be experiencing technology and compassion fatigue and caregiver burnout. This session will help participants recognize burnout and fatigue symptoms and what we can do to prevent or mitigate the potential impact on our health and wellbeing.
