Resolved - Microsoft Outlook Web Issue

RESOLVED - Microsoft has reported that this issue has been resolved. If you continue to have issues related to this problem, please contact the Service Desk.

Microsoft is reporting some users may experience delays accessing Outlook on the web. 
 
Microsoft support has identified an issue that affects Outlook functions that may be contributing to the impact. They're investigating and identifying a path to remediation. 

Outlook desktop and Outlook mobile do not appear to be impacted at this time.
