COMPLETED - The planned Facility Services Operations maintenance will cause a campus-wide outage of the wired and wireless networks on Saturday, May 6, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The additional maintenance from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. will cause an outage of the wired and wireless networks for the following buildings:
- Vanier Hall
- Centre for Automotive Research and Education
- Cartier Hall
- Great Lakes Institute of Environmental Research
- Laurier Hall
- Facility Services building including grounds
- ECC Powerhouse
You may have to restart or log in again on various platforms when the service resumes.
If you have difficulties accessing the internet on campus after the outage, please contact the IT Service Desk on Sunday, May 7, by calling 519-253-3000 ext. 4440. The IT Service Desk opens at 8:30 a.m. and will be responding to live chats and phone calls until 4 p.m. as well as tickets until 4:30 p.m. The IT Service Desk opens again on Monday at 8:30 a.m.
