Academic Advising
One of the most important aspects of a student's undergraduate experience is understanding their degree requirements.
The HK Student Success Coordinator is here to help you with the following:
- Adding, dropping or withdrawing from a course.
- Understanding your Academic Advisement Report.
- Discussing problems that may be impacting your academic performance.
- Reviewing your academic progress.
- Clarification on academic policies and procedures.
- Referral to other relevant campus services.
The Student Success Coordinator, Danielle Handsor-Matias, holds Academic Advising hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note that Friday appointments are online. To book an online or in-person appointment, please visit the mySuccess website and click on "Kinesiology Academic Advising" and then "Appointments."
If you are having difficulties booking an appointment via mySuccess, please e-mail hk@uwindsor.ca and in the body of your e-mail, please include the following:
- Student number
- Availability (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Preference for an online or in-person appointment
