RealTalk: A Discussion of the Systematic Oppression Faced by Radicalized Minorities

The Making-it-Awkward Committee (MIA) invites you to the third annual symposium event titled “RealTalk: A Discussion of the Systemic Oppression Faced by Racialized Minorities.” 

This year our event will feature panelists from several organizations who are truly doing great work for our communities, including Ravyn Wngz from Black Lives Matter Toronto, Beverly Jacobs former President of the Native Women’s Association of Canada, activist and Windsor Law 2L student Fatima Ahmed, Activist Tiffany Gooch, and many more. 

The event will showcase local vendors from our community, as well as performances in the form of spoken word and dance by students from the University of Windsor.
