The Academic Success Program is offered to all 1L students. The ASP will help you find your strengths, establish personal/professional goals and start to develop into a legal professional, with a focus on your future role serving clients and community.
This session will cover how to organize your answers, how to describe legal principles and make legal arguments. The workshop will be heavily based on the document posted to in the Resources section called 'How to Answer a Fact Pattern question'. Also posted to this site is a document about synthesizing legal principles (and studying while you do so) and a new document about how to make arguments of fact and law.
