Accessible Customer Service Training

Faculty, Staff, Student Employees and Volunteers Training:

As contained in Ontario Regulation 429/07, Accessible Customer Service Standards, all faculty, staff, student employees, volunteers, and 3rd party service providers are required to complete Accessible Customer Service training.  To complete the training:

  1. Please review the Accessibility Awareness Handbook and Learning Module, and

  2.  Complete the quiz at:

Upon completion of the quiz you will receive email notification confirming completion of the training.
