The prize draw for each available prize is separate and distinct. All selected winners of a prize must be present to win. If the selected winner is not present, another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. The University will contact the selected winners of a physical prize and arrange for the winner to pick up their prize in-person or have the prize mailed to the winner’s place of residence, subject to the University’s discretion.

  1. As a condition of winning a prize, all winners must correctly answer the University administered, time-limited, skill testing question.

  1. Each winner agrees that the University may publish the winner’s name.

  1. All selected winners of a tuition prize must remain registered in Winter 2023 courses, either with a part-time or full-time course load, (subject to verification) until the next calendar day after the Last Day to Voluntary Withdraw from Winter 2023 courses, the date as set by the University of Windsor Office of the Registrar (the date to be announced and subject to change). If the selected winner is deemed ineligible due to withdrawal from all courses and cease being a University of Windsor student, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will not be selected. All winners of a tuition prize will receive their prizes in their UWindsor student account the next calendar day after the Last Day to Voluntary Withdraw from Winter 2023 courses, the date as set by the University of Windsor Office of the Registrar (the date to be announced and subject to change).
