Remembrance Day Ceremony Returns to Campus



The University of Windsor’s traditional in-person Remembrance Day ceremony will once again take place on campus. The ceremony will feature musical and dramatic tributes by students, as well an Indigenous prayer led by third-year law student David Pitawanakwat, co-president of the Shkawbewisag Student Law Society and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. 


University President and Vice-Chancellor Rob Gordon and Lancer men’s basketball coach Chris Cheng will also give remarks. 


Those in attendance must observe the University’s pandemic protocols by wearing a mask and maintaining a proper distance from each other.
