Most classes will not be starting until January 17, 2022, please see the announcement for more information 

You are permitted to move in starting on January 5^th but please note that there will be limited services in Residence and Food Services.

Move In Information – Winter 2022 

All residents must adhere to the University’s vaccination policy.  Please review the information here https://www.uwindsor.ca/returntocampus/467/vaccination-policy prior to your arrival and ensure there are eligible to move.  Email resservices@uwindsor.ca if you have any questions. 

On your move in day you, and anyone helping you move in will be required to show the COVID-19 Self-Assessment QR code from the Safe Lancer app.  Please ensure everyone has completed it prior to your arrival on-campus to help prevent any delays. 

Move In Dates & Times 

 

For the dates listed below, you must schedule a move-in date/time at  https://uwindsor.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8BsTjqSCrRf6xE2

• Wednesday, January 5, 2022 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Thursday, January 6, 2022 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Friday, January 7, 2022 ; between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Saturday, January 8, 2022 - no move-ins
• Sunday, January 9, 2022 - between 12 NOON and 4:00 pm

If you are planning to move-in January 10^th, 2022 or later, you must submit a `Late Arrival' form at https://uwindsor.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_b0YEwpGB9Md494F .   No move-ins will take place on Saturdays or Sundays.

 

Photo - student ID card

Your UwinCARD is your official UWindsor student identification card. As a `NEW' student, you will need to complete the UwinCARD Photo Upload Form, and ensure your photo meets the photo requirements.
