Moving In! Summer 2022

Students can pick up their keys on Move-in day Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Alumni Hall, between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
 

NEW STUDENTS

• Move-In information is only for new students moving into residence whose program starts May 9, 2022. 

• Move-in information for new students whose program starts later, move-in information will be provided at a later date.

• Residence students who are arriving after their scheduled Inter/Summer 2022 session move-in date, must submit a Late Arrival form at https://uwindsor.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eWcYYKCOElDhRqJ
   

CURRENT STUDENTS MOVING OVER FROM WINTER RESIDENCE

• Move-in information is only for new students moving into residence, and not for those who will move over from Winter residence.

• Current students moving to Alumni will receive an email from the Facility Coordinator notifying them as to when their Summer 2022 room assignment is ready.  

• Students will have 72-hours (3-days) to move over to their summer assignment once they've been notified.

 

 Move In Day is Sunday, May 8, 2022.  

You must book a time for your move in.  Please arrive as close as possible to the time you have selected.

If you have any difficulty with selecting a time and/or a time is not available when you were hoping to move in or back to residence, please email resservices@uwindsor.ca

Please note that the last available move-in time slot on Sunday is 4:45pm.  If you arrive after that time you will not be able to move into residence until Monday, May 9, 2022

If you plan on arriving after May 8 you need to complete the late arrival form at  https://www.uwindsor.ca/residence/forms-and-documents

Student Card

• If you do not have a student card,  submit your photo to the UWinCARD office at https://www.uwindsor.ca/uwincard/317/student-uwincard-picture-upload. You can then pick up your student card at residence check-in.
