IMPORTANT DATES

Last day of classes	August 10, 2022
Exam Dates	August 13th to August 22nd, 2022
Overnight Guest Allowed	NO
Need to stay past end of contract date	Fill in an online Extension Reques form at https://uwindsor.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9nSOuhbCf0tJNSC
Approved or Denied Request	An email will be sent to your Uwin email address

Staying in Residence between semesters

In Residence without an approval extension

Students are required to complete an Express Check-out envelope 24-hours after their final exam
When you are packed, moved out and ready to leave, complete an Express Check-out envelope,
if you were given keys, insert keys in envelope
Place envelope in outgoing mailslot located next to the mailbox in Alumni Hall
Express check-out envelopes can be found in the lobby of Alumni Hall in a black mailbox by the student mailboxes.
Charges will be posted to your Uwinsite Student account if keys are not returned upon departure

Items left behind will be considered not wanted and will be donated to a local charity

Residence does not provide on-site storage.

Students must arrange with Canada Post to have their mail redirected. Mail will not be held
Packages will be held for two-weeks, and then return to sender, if not claimed.
