Move-out Procedure

When checking out...

• You must use an EXPRESS CHECK-OUT ENVELOPE for your keys when you are leaving residence. 

• These envelopes can be found in the lobby of your building by the student mailboxes in the black mailbox 

• Fill out the information on the express check-out envelope, place your keys inside, and seal the envelope.

 

Where to drop off your completed express check-out envelope?

• Drop the completed express check-out envelope in the outgoing mail slot 

  • Alumni and Cartier Hall students will drop the envelope in the mailslot as shown below in your building

 

              

• Laurier Hall students will drop the envelope in the mailslot location as shown below in the front area
