Available and Remote Campus Services

A limited number of online and remote campus services are available to support the University of Windsor community. While the campus and all buildings remain closed with the exception of essential services and critical research, you can find a variety of alternative service delivery options including remote online support, curbside pick-up and more.

Academic Advising Student Success and Leadership Centre

Campus Community Police

  • Campus Community Police personnel stationed inside the office at all times can respond to any matter that requires assistance. Signs have been posted on the Campus Community Police front door indicating how to contact Campus Community Police should the need arise.

Leddy Library

Leddy Library has a limited number of study areas in the building. Computer workstation reservations, personal study rooms and study carrels are available for reservation. Sessions are available in both the morning and afternoon and can be reserved by students, staff, and faculty at the University of Windsor. Contactless Pickup and Digital Delivery services are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.   • Open for virtual phone or video appointments. If you wish to make an appointment, we are working remotely by offering telephone and/or video conferencing.

  • If you need to speak with someone immediately please contact MySSP at 1-844-451-9700 or download the ‘MySSP’ app for 24/7 talk or text counselling by licenced counsellors in multiple languages and regardless of geographical location.

Student Health Services

  • Phone: For any concerns or to book a telephone appointment 519-973-7002 
    • Health Services will be moving exclusively to telemedicine unless there is an exceptional circumstance (doctor’s discretion).
    • You will be assigned a telephone appointment with your primary care provider, our clinic phone may display as “blocked number” or “private number”. Please ensure your phone settings allow unknown callers. 
    • We will continue to renew prescriptions for patients residing in Canada, but we are asking all patients to defer non-essential appointments. 
    • If we determine the need for an in-person assessment or treatment we will discuss options with you.
