Campus services are available in-person and online to support the University of Windsor community. Please see below for a list of services and their availability.

Academic Advising Student Success and Leadership Centre

CAW Student Centre

Open for walk-in service

  • Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. / Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Service availability (in-person or remote) for businesses and services within may vary.
  • Precautionary measures remain in place. Visitors must be prepared to show a green badge on the Safe Lancer application. Student Ambassadors are stationed at the entrance to help guests sign in.

Campus Community Police

  • Campus Community Police operate every day 24/7 and can respond to any matter that requires assistance. There is an officer stationed at all times at the Campus Community Police Office. Signs are posted on the front door indicating how to contact Campus Community Police should the need arise.

  • Most career advising appointments are taking place online or over the phone only, but CDEL is offering a limited number of in-person appointments for students/alumni who would like to meet with a career advisor or consultant in person. You can also email your career exploration and job search questions to careerservices@uwindsor.ca and one of the advisors will reply to you.
  • Find upcoming career events, online peer advising drop-in hours, and employer networking opportunities on the mySuccess Career Events calendar.
  • Students and supervisors with questions about the Ignite Work Study or VIP-Community Service Learning programs should continue to communicate with coordinators at ignite@uwindsor.ca and vip@uwindsor.ca respectively.

Leddy Library

The Leddy Library is open. Study spaces, including carrels, tables, and computer workstations, are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A space is available on the main floor of Leddy West where students can participate in online classes and limited personal study rooms will are available by reservation. While cleaning cycles will increase, patrons will also be asked to wipe down work areas before and after use. 

Patrons are able to browse the stacks and retrieve material on their own. Alternatively, requests for digitization and print materials can be placed online for pick up at the Information Desk. 

QR Scanning of green (approved) Safe Lancer App badge is required for entry. Masks must be worn at all times in the library in common areas. Social Distancing is necessary.

    • Health Services will continue to provide telephone consultations to patients present in Ontario unless there is an exceptional circumstance (doctor’s discretion).
    • You will be assigned a telephone appointment with a primary care provider. Note: our clinic phone may display as “blocked number” or “private number”. Please ensure your phone settings allow unknown callers.
    • If we determine the need for an in-person assessment or treatment we will discuss options with you.
