  • laboratories that develop evidence analysis techniques and skills
  • courses in digital photography, forensic identification, forensic entomology, and forensic anthropology
  • access to a moot court setting for evidence presentation and development of expert witness skills
  • opportunities for forensic-focussed Destination Science courses
  • practicum / internship with a scientist or forensic professional (required for BFS students)
  • opportunities for conducting research (required for BFS students)
  • Faculty of Science Service Learning and Internship courses

Students can be recognized for their experiential learning acheivements through the LEAD medallion program.
