Join healthy activities offered weekly on campus! We encourage you to take the moment…to try something new, de-stress and relax. Always fun, always free! Mind and Body classes allow participants to improve health and fitness through a connection of the inside and out.

Register for our free yoga, morning salutations, and take the moment classes.


If you would like more activities, there are many more weekly offerings by Lancer Recreation at the St. Dennis Centre as well as a variety of Wellness Events occurring around campus.
