Community Partnerships Priority Indicators

In addition to the indicators below, the University of Windsor offers many academic programs that place students in the community and our region. These programs include: Nursing, Human Kinetics and Social Work at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; Master of Arts in Political Science; PhD in Clinical and Social Psychology; Drama in Education and Community; and Master of Education - International stream. The Entrepreneurship Practice and Innovation Centre works to support and expand the business community through the Odette School of Business. The Law School provides valuable services to the our region through Community Legal Aid. UWindsor also offers the Green Corridor course that investigates and proposes various strategies for the creation and realization of public environmentally aware art projects.

United Way/Centraide of Windsor-Essex County is a community solutions leader, working with agencies, government, business and labour to find lasting solutions to health and human service issues that affect people in Windsor-Essex County. The University of Windsor plays an important part in the achievement of these goals for United Way through the donations made by its Faculty and Staff.
