Canterbury College may be able to accomodate short-term and conference stays for individuals affiliated with the University of Windsor during the months of May through August in our resident homes. Availability for these stays is dependent on resident vacancy rates during the summer months. Generally, short term stays during the summer semester are a minimum of one month.

Canterbury College offers two types of accomodations: rooms in our residence homes with shared bathrooms and rooms in our pod houses with private bathrooms. Both types of accomodations offer private, furnished rooms in single-gender homes or pods. The residence cost includes all utilities, A/C, WiFi, and weekly cleaning to the common area of the house or pod. Each house or pod has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and laundry facilities that all residents in that house or pod share. Additionally, each resident must pay a $50 refundable key deposit, a $100 refundable damage deposit, and a $50 linen fee if linens are required.
