Wednesday menu to offer taste of Japan

The Marketplace food outlet in the CAW Student Centre will serve fresh made-to-order sushi on Wednesday, February 10.

Patrons will be able to build their own sushi boxes, with individual pieces priced at $1 for maki and $2 for nigiri.

Executive chef Paolo Vasapolli says that sushi makes a healthy choice for a light lunch.

“The ingredients are so fresh and flavourful that you get the full benefit of their nutrients,” he says. “I recommend that everyone give a try!”

Also available—bubble tea from the grab-and-go cooler for just $2.99.
