Music Audition Workshop

Your audition is the first step toward success in any music program!

Music alumna Joanna Shultz BMT '11At the Audition Workshop you will learn:

  • What schools of music are looking for in students;
  • How to prepare for the audition and for music study;
  • Meet faculty and current students who are happy to answer your questions;
  • Get some experience. Do a mock audition and have an informal interview with faculty. You may play or just be interviewed; one piece, 3-5 minutes, is appropriate.
  • Snacks and campus tour available

Each participant will be scheduled to meet privately and informally with a faculty member. You may play or just be interviewed; one piece, 3-5 minutes, is appropriate.
