Run, Walk and Roll Challenge

Building from the success of the “Let’s Get Moving” Virtual Team Challenge, and to continue promoting and encouraging physical and mental wellness, we are pleased to introduce the Run, Walk and Roll Individual Challenge.

Are you ready to keep moving?

Are you ready to set personal physical activity goals and to challenge yourself to surpass them week after week?

From June 22 to July 19, 2020 employees are encouraged to walk, run, bike and roll to meet a goal of 10,000 steps per dayAt the end of this individual challenge, employees who registered to participate and submit their tracking sheet will be entered into a prize draw!

If 10,000 steps is not a realistic goal, set your own daily goal and look for opportunities each week to challenge yourself to surpass that goal. Experts suggest that getting about 5,000 steps per day is still very beneficial to your health.
No. The goal of the challenge is to promote wellness throughout the week, therefore you can track your steps Monday to Sunday, anytime of the day.

If you don’t have a tracking device or you want to calculate the number of steps for an activity other than walking, you can use an activity conversion chart. View the Conversion Chart
