Works by third-year students of the Visual Arts and the Built Environment program are the subject of “Transcend,” an exhibition this week in the SoCA Gallery.

A closing reception at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, will celebrate the show and give the public a chance to meet the artists.
The SoCA Gallery is located in the Armouries building, 37 University Ave. E.
