Student Health, Counselling & Wellness Services and nearly 50 campus and community partners invite you to participate in Lancers Care Week: Fall into Wellness, running Nov. 13 to 17.
Students and employees can take part in free mental health training sessions, well-being workshops, self-care events, information booths, and a Student Support Services Fair.
“Lancers Care Week is the product of an extensive, months-long collaboration between campus and community partners on the Lancers Care Working Group who want to share their skills, expertise, and care with our UWindsor community,” says Katie Chauvin, mental health and wellness co-ordinator.
“The week is an opportunity for our campus to come together to talk about mental health and well-being, explore skills for supporting ourselves and each other, meet service providers, ask questions, and take time connect and have some fun.”
Many activities are open to all members of the campus community, and organizers encourage faculty and staff to take advantage of the free mental health training sessions, workshops, and events being offered, including:
- UWindsor Black Student Support Services on Campus (employees only)
