As part of the Server Modernization Project, UWinID Account updates, including account activation, extending an account, and account password changes will be unavailable starting Thursday, April 25 at 10 p.m., to Friday, April 26, at 8:30 a.m. 

Data integrations will be disrupted for the following systems during the maintenance time, but the systems will remain online:  

• Accessible Information Management (AIM) 
• AIMS Parking Online System  
• Animal Care Certification 
• Andover/Access Expert (Building Automation) 
• Brightspace 
• eCV 
• eGAS 
• Electronic Research Services Office (eRSO/Romeo) 
• Fusion Campus Rec  
• MySuccess (Orbis - Career/Coop) 
• SClogic Package Tracking  
• StarRez  
• UWin Account Services 
• UwinCARD 

The maintenance is necessary to improve security and is scheduled to be completed outside of regular business hours to minimize the disruption to campus.  

We apologize for any inconvenience the upgrade may cause.  

The IT Services team has noticed a performance issue on the following systems: 

• UWinsite Student 
• eGAS 
• Law Reader 

The IT Services team is investigating and will restore the systems as soon as possible. Updates will be posted on IT Services System Status & Notifications webpage. 

Should you notice an issue when systems are restored, we ask that you please submit a ticket.
