Chief human resources officer Rita LaCivita says there are several benefits to this week’s relocation of the health and safety offices to Chrysler Hall North from Canterbury College.

In addition to being central to campus, more readily accessible for all employees and closer to meeting rooms, the new location—rooms 2128 and 2133, formerly home to legal services—is also nearer the main office of Human Resources.

“While continuing to provide privacy for health and safety matters, the new space will allow for better internal consultations as well as an opportunity for enhanced knowledge and information sharing,” says LaCivita.
