The University of Windsor Men’s Basketball team will be hosting our 5TH annual Alumni & Friends Golf Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 6th, 2025, at Ambassador Golf Club. The tournament has been a considerable part of our fundraising efforts, and we welcome all those interested in sponsoring.
The 2025 event is an opportunity for the Lancer Men’s Basketball Alumni & Friends to help make significant contribution to the Men’s program. All proceeds, promotions & donations will impact the Men’s program to reach their competitive potential.
We are seeking support for HOLE SPONSORS valued at $300 each.
As part of our “Own the Hole” program, hole sponsors will have their branding displayed on the tee box of one (1) given hole throughout the course, welcome banner, in-cart and social media advertisement. Hole sponsors are also welcome to set-up a tent at their designated hole and have representatives present to welcome golfers and provide promotional material.
We are seeking support for our GOLF CONTEST PLAYS.Five (5) contests are available for sponsorship: longest putt, longest drive, straightest drive, closest to the pin, closest to the logo (your logo placed on the fairway), with a $100 prize for the contest winner
For sponsorship valued at $500 for one contest - the $100 prize for the contest winner, will be purchased in your name.
OR
Alternatively, for sponsorship valued at $400 for one contest - a sponsor’s gift-in-kind valued at $100 can be donated to the tournament for the contest winner.
Golf Contest Play Sponsors will receive one (1) free registration in the tournament (valued at $150) and a complementary hole sponsorship (the hole your contest will take place (valued at $300), in addition to the promotional benefits of the package (welcome banner, in-cart branding, promotional material, social media acknowledgment).
