Graham Brown is one of the leading National Sports Administrators in Canada. He has a proven track record in strategic leadership, operational administration, and financial management. Throughout his career, Graham has distinguished himself by:

• Providing leadership across all aspects of business (e.g. Administration, Finance and Marketing).
• Developing professional relationships with public, private, and not-for-profit sector partners.
• Restructuring corporate governance and board models to maximize efficacy and efficiency.
• Rolling out comprehensive and historic marketing and communications efforts.
• Engaging enthusiasts, volunteers, and communities across Canada in active participation in sports.
• Serving on prestigious and high profile sporting and sports administration committees.

His involvement and leadership in sports has been active since high school. As a university student, he not only competed in football internationally (UK - British National Gridiron League) but played a critical role in the foundation of the rugby program at the University of Windsor. A varsity athlete in both football and basketball and a member of the Human Kinetics Society for fours during his time at Windsor. As a fourth year student, he launched Competitive Sports Travel and Tours, a business that grew exponentially between 1992 and 1998 and remains today - a leader in Canada. After selling CSTT in 1998, Graham joined the Ontario Minor Hockey Association as Executive Director.

In this capacity, Graham presided over the world’s largest minor hockey association and built into a professional, nationally leading PSO. In 2002, Graham became COO and in 2003 CEO of Rugby Canada, where he has combined his advanced business acumen and passion for sport and become a recognized leader in the field of sports administration. Graham is a founding member of the National Team Sport Coalition. Graham now sits on a number of Boards and has teaches at the University of Toronto.
