What is your most embarrassing moment? One time while working out in a busy gym, I only added weight to half of the bar I was using and proceeded to bench press without realizing… Thankfully a few strangers bailed me out as I proceeded to tilt to one side and drop weights everywhere.

Give a tip that helped you succeed through your first year of Human Kinetics? Study little by little and well in advance. I tend to procrastinate but chipping away at notes each day helps a lot in the long run.
