To enable Senators and community members the opportunity to obtain a deeper understanding of strategic items placed on Senate agendas for discussion, the Senate Governance Committee has launched “Senate Information Sessions" prior to the Senate meeting at which the strategic item will be discussed. The sessions may also be used to generate the content for Senate around the specific strategic discussion. Participation is voluntary and extended to anyone who would like to attend, not just Senators.
