What is Bounce Back?
Bounce Back is a free six-session, in-person program designed for students who are struggling, rebuilding, or simply looking to strengthen the skills needed for academic success.
Since 2018, Bounce Back has helped students improve their GPA, reduce stress, build confidence, and feel more connected on campus. Through interactive workshops and supportive group discussions, students gain practical strategies they can use right away.

In Bounce Back, you’ll learn how to:
- Study smarter and more effectively
- Manage your time and avoid procrastination
- Improve focus and note-taking skills
- Prepare for exams with confidence
- Manage stress and support your well-being
Bounce Back is more than a workshop series—it’s a supportive environment where you can connect with other students, ask questions, share experiences, and build skills in a comfortable, engaging space.
By the end of the program, you’ll leave with practical tools, greater confidence, and strategies to help you succeed throughout the semester.
Plus, snacks are provided at every session, and the program wraps up with a group dinner!
Participation Credit
Students who attend 4 out of the 6 sessions or more will receive a participatory credit.
Participation in Bounce Back can demonstrate a commitment to academic success and continued progress in your program. For students on academic probation, this credit may serve as evidence of taking proactive steps to strengthen academic skills and support overall success.
