What is Bounce Back?
Bounce Back is a free six-session, in-person program designed for students who are looking to strengthen their study skills, rebuild after a challenging semester, or get off to a strong start for their academic success.
Since 2018, Bounce Back has helped students improve their GPA, reduce stress, build confidence, and feel more connected on campus. Through interactive workshops and supportive group discussions, you'll gain practical strategies you can use right away.

Bounce Back is more than a workshop series—it’s a place where you can ask questions, share ideas, learn alongside other students, and build practical skills in a welcoming, supportive environment.
By the end of the program, you’ll leave with practical tools, greater confidence, and strategies to help you succeed throughout the semester.
Plus, snacks are provided at every session, and the program wraps up with a group dinner!
Participation Credit
Students who attend 4 out of the 6 sessions or more will receive a participatory credit.
Participation in Bounce Back can demonstrate a commitment to academic success and continued progress in your program. For students on academic probation, this credit may serve as evidence of taking proactive steps to strengthen academic skills and support overall success.
