Recycling company offering students cash for clothes

A local clothing reseller has a solution for out-of-town students who wish to avoid packing unwanted garments as they head home for the summer.

“If you haven’t worn it for a year, you probably won’t ever wear it again,” says William Perry of Priced Green. “Why not turn your outdated wardrobe into cash?”

The company now offers a collection service—arrange for pick-up and the company will exchange your items for cash.

“It’s a simple system of bag it, book it and get paid,” Perry says.

Priced Green offers $1.50 in cash or $5 store credit for each standard size (26" x 36") garbage bag full of clothes, shoes, belts, purses and accessories.
