Important Intake Deadlines for Accommodations

To ensure you receive accommodations, you must meet with an advisor by the deadlines listed below. Students needing temporary accommodations because of an accident or incident will be seen on a case by case basis.

  • Fall Semester:  The first Friday of November

  • Winter Semester: The first Friday of March

  • Intersession/Summer: will be on a case by case basis

Please complete the Intake Questionnaire well in advance of these deadlines. During peak intake periods, appointment wait times may be up to or beyond two weeks, so early submission is strongly recommended.

Important Scheduling Dates for Assessments for Intersession Summer 2026 

To ensure proper accommodations and exam arrangements, please adhere to the following scheduling requirements:

  • All Tests, Quizzes, and Midterms must be scheduled at least one week prior to the date listed in your course syllabus

  • 6-Week Intersession final exams must be scheduled by June 12th

  • 12-Week and 6-Week Summer Semester final exams must be scheduled by July 25th.

​IMPORTANT: Late FINAL exam requests will not be accommodated. Late MIDTERM requests will be reviewed and only approved upon seat availablilty.
