Group Meeting Space

Bookable Rooms

The Law Library offers several spaces for group meetings for Law faculty, staff and students during the academic year (September to April).

How to Book a Room

Contact the Circulation staff at ext 2977 or lawcirc@uwindsor.ca.

Bookings can be made for any duration of time for any number of people, up to the room’s maximum capacity. If one person is using the room and a group wishes to use it, and no other rooms are available, the person will be asked to give up their booking.

Cancellations are to be communicated to the circulation staff as early as possible. Bookings are cancelled for no shows within 30 minutes of the start of the booking. If a key to a room is signed out but the room sits empty for 30 minutes or longer, it is treated as a “no show” and the booking is cancelled so others can use it.

Food and beverages are allowed in the group meeting rooms. Please clean up after your meeting.
