Wireless access point (WAP) replacement work will take place in the Human Kinetics building and may disrupt Wi-Fi service on the following dates and areas: 

• Monday, November 10 - 2nd Floor of HK Building - 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Monday, November 10 - Basement of HK Building - 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 
• Tuesday, November 11 - 1st Floor of HK Building (excluding 14* classrooms) - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 11 - Meeting Room 151A - 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
• Wednesday, November 12 - 1st Floor of HK Building (excluding 14* classrooms) - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, November 13 - 2nd Floor of HK Building -  8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, November 13 - Field House (including ARS offices) Toldo Lancer Centre -  1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

If you have difficulty accessing the wireless network in the building after the installers have left your area, please see the knowledge article on how to forget and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

On Friday, November 7, IT Services will be performing system maintenance between 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. This maintenance may affect the following applications and services: UWinSite Student, eDS (UWinAdmin), Odyssey, AIMS (Parking Management Software), UWin Account Services, Gradeflow, and Destiny.

During this time, your access might be disrupted. In that case, please try accessing your application after the maintenance is complete.

Please note that additional system maintenance will take place: 

• Wednesday, November 12, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Friday, November 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
