We offer an integral conferencing centre, with many versatile facilities, technology, and hospitality services all located on the University of Windsor campus.
Conference Services is your one stop contact for coordinating University of Windsor facilities and services for your conference, meeting, or event. Whether it's a moderate group of 100 people or an international conference of 1100, our team will work to ensure your event’s success.

Conference Planning Services
Professionally trained staff are available to assist in your event or conference planning, from the early stages to the very last steps.
A key ingredient in the success of your conference is meeting space that is appropriate to your audience. We offer a wide variety of meeting options, including:
- Meeting rooms that can accommodate 10 to 450 delegates.
- Seminar rooms, lecture theatres and classrooms.
- The St. Denis Centre which can accommodate up to 5000 persons for large events.
- Comfortable lounges are available for more formal events.
- All of our rooms are air conditioned, and most have built in whiteboards and computer consoles accessing a data projector, dvd player, document reader, external USB ports, computer, lighting and audio controls and internet access.
Our wireless network is available across campus for your convenience to all delegates. For those clients faced with the ever changing computer world, we offer technical expertise to aid your training, presentation and demonstration requirements.
We offer a large selection of affordable and comfortable accommodation options. Our accommodation facilities offer access to laundry facilities, meeting lounges. Accommodations are in close proximity to on-campus classrooms and meeting facilities, as well as a fully equipped fitness center and pool.
Our cozy campus is nestled on the Detroit riverfront only minutes away from downtown Windsor. Located at the southernmost end of Highway 401, the University is just minutes away from major US interstate highways.
