IT Services is aware of an issue where Outlook is not receiving emails sent from external senders. Messages sent from outside the organization may be delayed or may not be delivered. This issue began around 2:30 PM.
This includes notifications sent through Brightspace, TeamDynamix, and other external platforms or services that rely on email notifications.
Microsoft is actively investigating and working to resolve this issue. While remediation efforts are underway, we recommend using internal tools and platforms (such as direct access to Brightspace, Microsoft Teams, or other in-application notifications) to communicate and monitor updates, rather than relying on email delivery.
