Wireless Access Maintenance to cause disruption in Human Kinetics building - Friday, November 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Wireless access point (WAP) replacement work will take place in the Human Kinetics building and may disrupt Wi-Fi service on the following dates and areas: 

  • Friday, November 7, classrooms 143 & 140 HK

If you have difficulty accessing the wireless network in the building after the installers have left your area, please see the knowledge article on how to forget and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

System Maintenance – Friday, November 7, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

On Friday, November 7, IT Services will be performing system maintenance between 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. This maintenance may affect the following applications and services: UWinSite Student, eDS (UWinAdmin), Odyssey, AIMS (Parking Management Software), UWin Account Services, Gradeflow, and Destiny.

During this time, your access might be disrupted. In that case, please try accessing your application after the maintenance is complete.

Please note that additional system maintenance will take place: 

  • Wednesday, November 12, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Friday, November 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

UWinsite Student Maintenance - Thursday, November 6 from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Microsoft Disruption – Wednesday, October 29

Some Microsoft users are experiencing a disruption accessing related Microsoft applications and campus systems that use @uwindsor.ca single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, including Brightspace and UWinsite Student. The IT Services team is investigating the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.
