Margue McGregor knows all about July 1. A forensic science major who just completed her first year of studies, she turned that knowledge into a UWindsor golf shirt, winning Monday’s DailyNews quiz contest.

McGregor’s entry was drawn from all those which correctly identified Prince Edward Island as Canada’s seventh province, Zone Improvement Plan as the ZIP code, 1980 as the date O Canada became the national anthem, Hong Kong as the British territory which reverted to China in 1997, and Croatia as the 28th member of the European Union.
