Rob Laidlaw, founder of the wildlife protection organization Zoocheck, will discuss his 40 years working to protect the interests and well-being of animals in an online presentation Monday, March 28.
Hosted by the UWindsor Anthrozoology Club, “Reflections on Wildlife Captivity and Advocacy” will begin at 7 p.m. on Microsoft Teams. Register here to attend.
Laidlaw is a chartered biologist whose work has included campaigns to change laws, raise public awareness, litigate in the courts, and directly rescue and relocate animals. He has written 10 children’s books about animal welfare and wildlife protection.
