Document Imaging Centre

Poster acts as reminder to value students

To help promote new services available through Document Imaging, the department is offering a free poster with each order of $100, excluding stationery and CourseWare.

Document Imaging, the University’s on-campus print service, now offers perfect binding to add a professional finish to books and thick documents, foiling in a variety of colours to add sparkle to flyers and brochures, and foam board mounting to add heft to posters, signs and photographs.

Service offers centralized source for season’s greetings

The Office of Public Affairs and Communications and the Document Imaging Centre have teamed up to make it easier to send holiday greetings on campus.

An online form will allow departments to order cards bearing a selection of seasonal imagery and text greetings for use as printed cards, e-cards, or both.

“We wanted to give people the flexibility to personalize their holiday cards, while still ensuring a manageable workload that can turn around the product in a reasonable amount of time,” says Jennifer Ammoscato, senior manager of marketing, publications and Web.

Inventory to close University Bookstore and Document Imaging Centre at month’s end

The University Bookstore will be closed to business Friday to Monday, April 27 to 30, for its annual inventory.

Sales and marketing co-ordinator Martin Deck invites departments to make purchases with an eye to the fiscal year-end.

“Folks with budgets to spend this year should come in and place their orders before the end of business on Thursday!” he says.

The Document Imaging Centre will close for inventory on Monday, April 30. All orders received April 26 and 27 will be ready for pick-up on May 1 and 2.
