The Windsor International Film Festival will screen “Buskin’ in the Subway” Nov. 4 as part of its collection of local short works.
Creators of seven of the 12 films in the “WIFF Local Shorts” collection have a connection to the University of Windsor.

Four UWindsor Communication, Media and Film (CMF) students joined their professor this summer as interns on an actual film set, putting theory into practice.
Matthew Sabelli; Christina Bresolin; Erik de Paulsen; and Kurt Sasso joined professor and filmmaker, Mike Stasko in shooting, The Control, a science-fiction movie co-written and co-directed by professor Stasko and Eric Schiller. The film is a production of Stasko’s film company, "The Dot Film Company".
