The Faculty of Education has launched its 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, a roadmap that will guide our priorities in teaching, research, partnerships, and community impact over the next five years.
Developed through broad consultation with faculty, staff, students, alumni, school boards, and community partners, the plan reflects our shared commitment to excellence, accountability, and meaningful engagement in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
Aligned with the University of Windsor’s Aspire strategic priorities, the plan is organized around five pillars:

- High-Quality, Inclusive Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity
- Deeper Collaboration and Partnership
- Nurturing and Relational Culture
A foundational commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization underpins all aspects of the plan. Together, these priorities will guide intentional action, strengthen our collective capacity, and position the Faculty of Education to lead with purpose and impact in advancing equitable, high-quality education locally and globally.
