Fostering a campus-wide SEM ethos that is rooted within the academic context of the institution and a campus-wide shared responsibility, the Undergraduate Recruitment & Conversion Committee (URCC) brings together and fosters coordination and collaboration with a broad selection of core constituents who have operational responsibility around academics, institutional marketing, student communications, admissions, orientation, and enrolment services for undergraduate programs.
The URCC makes high-level policy recommendations to SEMX on matters pertaining to student recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and other issues related to recruiting and enroling the desired student body at UWindsor.
