Professional Development Event for GAs and TAs: Fall GATAcademy 2026
Fall GATAcademy is a free professional development event exclusively for current and prospective graduate and teaching assistants. Workshops will feature material and activities for both new and experienced GAs/TAs that will help them improve their teaching and be more proficient in their role. Topics include using Brightspace, connecting with students, leading labs and tutorials, grading and effective feedback, and a whole lot more!
Fall GATAcademy 2026 will be held from September 1st to September 2nd online with three workshops per day. There will also be one in-person workshop and a networking event on September 9th. Snacks will be provided!
