  • Accelerate your engineering career by obtaining a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree from the University of Windsor.
  • MEM graduates are ready to occupy leadership roles in multinational engineering and technical enterprises and contribute to manufacturing strategies, corporate innovation, and operations management.
  • Students acquire core competencies in applied finance, administration, market research, engineering design, and product management.

The MEM program is offered in two modes:

  • Mostly online (hybrid) mode: 24 months long, with a light course load designed for working professionals. This offering does not admit international students.
  • In-person mode: 16 months long, with a full-time course load, and is open for both domestic and international students.
