Giving by payroll deduction is an easy and convenient way for University of Windsor employees to make regular contributions, with a set amount coming off each paycheque.

Employees at the University of Windsor are paid on either a bi-weekly (26 pays per year) or semi-monthly (24 pays per year) schedule. Payroll deductions must be set up to come off each pay and can't be set up monthly or quarterly. Gifts by payroll deduction show up on your T4 slip - you will not receive a separate charitible tax receipt.
