In March 2017, Project Teams commenced “Fit-Gap” activities to develop a common understanding of the scope, timelines and resources required to execute the broader project. As part of this process, Teams are working to identify and assess the proposed solution’s “fits” and “gaps” in order to formulate possible solutions to fill the gaps and define a clear and achievable implementation approach and plan.

As an outcome of this process, the “Fit-Gap” analysis will provide a defined set of base functionality, configuration, integration and customization requirements which will drive the effort required to complete the implementation.
